Out of the Darkness Community Walk Supports Suicide Prevention

There were about 250 people in attendance at the Sept. 18 Out of the Darkness Community Walk and they raised nearly $20,000 for suicide prevention. Team Eric had over 120 members participating, and the team raised over $8,000.

 

Essex County Jewish Cub Scout Troop Holds Opening Event

The kickoff event for Essex County’s Jewish cub scout troop was held this past  Sunday. The Jewish boy scouts taught the cub scouts how to make a campfire and roast hot dogs and marshmallows. A great time was had by all.
