Students at the Bergen County High School of Jewish Studies met with a visiting Young Leadership delegation from the school’s sister city, Nahariya, Israel. The delegation joined classrooms and led various activities, including an Israel Jeopardy game; Youth2gether, an activity about the differences and similarities between Israeli and American youth; Faces of Israel, an activity aimed at getting acquainted with Israeli youth and the IDF; and Israel: Small Country, Big Impact, an activity about Israeli innovations, technology and inventions. All the students enjoyed getting to know each other and learning about each other’s lives.
