Congregation Beth Sholom of Teaneck presents “Biblical Heroes in Modern Life” by Adi Nes, on Wednesday, October 16, at 7:30 p.m.

Adi Nes, a prominent Israeli photographer, will describe how he creates his large-scale color photographs to provide a fresh look at the multi-leveled complexity of contemporary Israeli society. He draws inspiration from his personal biography as a Sephardic sabra, collective Israeli memory, and universal art history.

This program is sponsored by the Alfred and Rose Buchman Endowment in the Fine Arts and presented by the Adult Education Committee of Congregation Beth Sholom, 354 Maitland Ave, Teaneck.

Admission is free and open to the public. Light refreshments in the sukkah at 7 p.m. No reservations required.
