On Sunday, January 12, at 4 p.m., there will be a community-wide security and safety summit held at Bergen County Academies. The goals of the summit are threefold:

UNITY: We are one community. When one of us is ailing, we all are. We must stand together, because we are stronger together than we will ever be alone.

ASSURANCE: We have been working with our partners in law enforcement and government for years and have a strong infrastructure in place to secure Jewish life now and in the future.

EDUCATION: The bedrock of our work is in education and engagement. We will support flourishing Jewish life in North New Jersey and continue to teach tolerance in schools, on college campuses and throughout our community.

Guest speakers will be Senator Robert Menendez, Attorney General Gurbir Grewal, Congressman Donald Payne and Congressman Josh Gottheimer.

Bergen County Academies is located at 200 Hackensack Ave., Hackensack.
