A group of sub-acute rehabilitation therapy clients at Daughters of Israel had loads of fun practicing their rehab skills in preparation for their return home to the community. They went to Hillcrest Farms, whose staff was extremely gracious, on a pumpkin picking excursion. Metro Transport, Daughters of Israel’s adult medical transportation services, brought the group, which included some of the home’s physical, occupational and speech therapists, to the Verona farm on Oct. 24.
