Linking Northern and Central NJ, Bronx, Manhattan, Westchester and CT

The Happiest Place in the World Just Got Happier

(Courtesy of HASC) This is their happy place. A place of dedicated staff, steady encouragement and effusive praise. For hundreds of individuals with developmental delays, HASC is more than an organization – it’s an oasis. It’s a place that builds futures, one person at a time.

HASC is now at a pivotal moment in its history, as the organization ushers in the next half century of servicing the special population. As part of a comprehensive rebrand, it is unveiling a new brand platform, visual identity and revamped website. Centered around a mantra of “For the Greatness Within,” the rebrand has provided a platform to evolve the service offerings, and to truly reflect HASC Centers’ standing as a leading organization and advocate for those of varying capabilities.

In 1963, the founders stepped up to fill a void in the community and created an organization to service children with developmental disabilities. The services evolved, and over time formed the HASC Center – a comprehensive network of programs and services for children and adults with special needs. Now a far-reaching organization, HASC Center has an incredible lineup of services, all with the aim of providing individuals with disabilities with productive and meaningful lives. All services are tailored to each unique child and adult, to enable them to reach their maximum potential.

“This rebrand represents a significant step in the organization’s continuous evolution. We are redefining who we are, driving change and shaping the futures of those with unique challenges,” said Shmiel Kahn, president of HASC Center. “Our brand ethos has always been built on individual services, true care and professional intervention – that’s what’s kept our organization running seamlessly for the past fifty years. We pride ourselves on our programming and our ability to help, and support individuals with special needs, as well as their families.”

Directed by Motty Landau and his team; Nobody.Works, the new platform and logo were developed through a collaborative process, and reflect HASC’s mission – to service individuals with special needs across the spectrum, and enable them to maximize their potential to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives. Their inherent greatness serves as a source of inspiration, and all of the services revolve around this mission of bringing that greatness to light. Every aspect of HASC reflects this ideal – the personalized services, the dignity and respect accorded to each individual and the staff’s untiring dedication to the greatness within.

HASC is building lives and futures for individuals with disabilities, and opening a world of endless possibilities. The organization is poised for future growth, as construction of the new HASC headquarters is underway, and programs throughout the organization embark on expansion. HASC anticipates serving more individuals, from more communities; creating more services, and impacting more lives. The future looks magical, and it’s only just beginning.
