UN Plaza Grill Creates an Unforgettable Dining Experience

The restaurant is owned by entrepreneur Albert Gad, who has an apartment in the building just above the restaurant. Unable to find a great kosher meal in the city, Albert bought UN Plaza Grill and opened it in 2017 to create a restaurant that would appeal to kosher consumers, business professionals and individuals seeking a truly special dining experience. Albert is also the CEO and president of Diamonds International, founded over 30 years ago. What began as one store in St. Thomas has now blossomed into more than 125 locations. Diamonds International is one of the largest jewelry retailers in the world, with locations in the Caribbean, Mexico and Alaska, more than any other fine jeweler, with the company’s headquarters in New York and Miami. As a business owner, Gad believes in giving back and social responsibility for his business ventures, and UN Plaza Grill is no exception! UN Plaza Grill donates 10 percent of any non-profit, synagogue, or Jewish organization’s check back to their organization as way to show support for the amazing work they are doing.

UN Plaza Grill has a team of award-winning chefs from across the globe who create outstanding and exquisite dishes to entice any palate. These include shared plates and appetizers, entrees ranging from seafood, prime-aged beef, steaks and some of the best sushi on the planet, as well as tasty sides, desserts and innovative cocktails.
