Gad is also the CEO and president of Diamonds International, founded over 30 years ago. What began as one store in St. Thomas has now blossomed into more than 125 locations. Diamonds International is one of the largest jewelry retailers in the world with locations in the Caribbean, Mexico and Alaska, more than any other fine jeweler with the company’s headquarters in New York and Miami. As a business owner, Gad believes in giving back and social responsibility for his business ventures and UN Plaza Grill is no exception! UN Plaza Grill donates 10 percent of any non-profit, synagogue or Jewish organization’s check on regular dining experiences, back to their organization, as a way to show support for the amazing work they are doing.
