BPY’s PTO organized a Seudat Amenim for parents and teachers. The word “amen” literally means “I believe this is so.” Not only is the bracha repeated when saying “amen,” but a mitzvah is also fulfilled, reaffirming belief in Hashem. The intense feeling of kavana and achdut at the seuda was incredible. Thank you to wonderful hostess Laura Revah Abergel, and to Ilana Fogel Tachauer and Dina Delmar-Acoca for leading attendees through this inspiring and uplifting night.
