Jewish Jubilation with the Hudson Valley Renegades and Jewish Federation of Dutchess County was a great success! Teaneck’s Chaim Kiss sang “Hatikva” as the Renegades faced off against the Staten Island Yankees in Wappinger Falls, New York. The event drew a large crowd and featured a glatt kosher food truck and Renegades kipot, along with tables from many local synagogues and Jewish organizations. Andrew Gross, a Jewish member of the Renegades team was happy to be a part of the event. Steve Gliner, Renegades president and general manager, Bill Levy of the Renegades and Jonathan Bernstein, my former student who served as a summer intern, were also in attendance. Thank you to Karen Hochhauser, executive director of the Jewish Federation of Dutchess County for an outstanding job organizing this event. See you at next year’s even bigger and better Jewish Jubilation!
