I want to give you a hearty Mazel Tov on your new venture and welcome you to increasing coverage in our home of Northern New Jersey.

Our region in Bergen and Passaic has the unique distinction of being one of the most diverse areas of the country, with a rich history that can be seen through the many historical landmarks that dot its landscape.  Its history can also be told though the many ethnic and religious groups that call this great region home.  It’s important for each of these voices to be heard and I’d like to welcome the Jewish Link of Bergen County to our community to help strengthen our local dialogue.  I am proud of my close relationship with the growing number of Jewish-Americans in our region, and it is an honor to represent the interests of the community in the House of Representatives.

I look forward to working with you in making New Jersey a better place for all our citizens.  I am available to you and your readers.  We rely on our local media to receive the news that is most important to us and our families, and I am pleased the community now has yet another entity to give it a greater voice.

Sincerely, Bill Pascrell, Jr.
Member of Congress
